TSC IN MCCONNELLSBURG, PA

W.R. Newman & Associates began construction on the Tractor Supply Company retail store in Mcconnellsburg, Pennsylvania in September 2016.  This facility is being constructed on a 3.9 acre outparcel of the Ayr Town Center in rural Fulton County, Pennsylvania.  Construction of the site improvements on this parcel is difficult due to its small size, odd shape and steep contours.  The underground detention system is now being installed after months of required stormwater management and solid rock removal.  Next up – building pad and start construction of the facility!!
