SPRINGTIME BRINGS PROJECT COMPLETION

W. R. Newman & Associates, Inc. completed construction of the Tractor Supply Company retail store in McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania in April of 2017. The store is located in the county seat of Fulton County, in the heart of the “Ridge and Valley” section of the Appalachian Mountains in southern Pennsylvania. This site presented extensive topographic challenges that were overcome by the construction of above-ground detention, underground detention, and multiple retaining walls, all constructed throughout the Pennsylvania winter. The new store is set to open around June 10, 2017.
