MURFREESBORO, TN CARENOW AND DUNKIN DONUTS CONSTRUCTION COMPLETED

W.R. Newman just completed construction on a new 7,601 SF one story free standing building. The building includes a 2,167 SF shell for Dunkin Donuts and the complete buildout of a 5,434 SF CareNow Urgent Care medical facility. The scope of work included grading; concrete slab on grade; footings; sidewalk; drive thru; curb and gutter; light and heavy duty asphalt; pavers with underdrain; landscaping; a steel frame structure with various masonry veneers over metal stud framing; TPO membrane roofing system over rigid insulation and metal decking; storefront door & window system, including curtain wall; metal stud/drywall framing; interior floor, wall & ceiling finishes; cabinetry; lead lined construction for X-ray equipment use and complete MPE systems.

CareNow Urgent Care is equipped with 11 exam rooms, an X-ray room, a waiting room, 2 triage bays, multiple offices and a lab. The entire project was completed within 172 calendar days. CareNow is scheduled to open on December 11th, 2017 and Dunkin Donuts will open on the 15th.
