Chandler Silvey

Project Manager

Chandler Silvey began at W.R. Newman and Associates, Inc. in 2021 as a Summer Intern and continued his role for the remainder of his college career. His role included soliciting bids, estimating, job site visits, and assisting project managers.

Prior to joining the team, Chandler worked for his father’s business, NAI Construction. He took role as a skilled laborer in commercial framing. Chandler helped frame many Tractor supply & McDonald’s projects with NAI Construction. His duties included interior layouts, fabrications, metal stud erection, and acoustical ceilings. Chandler also continues to work on his family farm, raising corn, wheat, and soybeans.

Chandler graduated from Kentucky Wesleyan College in April of 2022 with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. Chandler officially joined W.R. Newman and Associates, Inc. in May of 2022, serving as a Project Coordinator where his role include estimating, budgeting, preparing contracts, scheduling, managing sub-contractors, coordinating with utility companies, and turning over quality commercial projects to owners/developers.
