Senior Project Manager
Cash Holman worked at W.R. Newman and Associates, Inc. in 2017 as a Summer Intern, where his role included soliciting bids, estimating, job site visits, and assisting project managers.
Cash graduated from Western Kentucky University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science degree and officially joined W.R. Newman and Associates, Inc. in 2018 serving as a Project Coordinator where his role includes estimating, budgeting, preparing contracts, scheduling, managing sub-contractors, working with AHJs, coordinating with utility companies, and turning over quality commercial projects to owners/developers.
Cash’s key commercial projects during his time at WRN have been The Iron Gate/Oxford Architecture interior build out, Firestone Complete Auto Care Center, and both ground up and retrofit Tractor Supply stores.
Prior to joining our team, Cash worked for Wherry Brothers General Contractors. Working in the field on Residential, Commercial, and Educational buildings.
