Andrew Alvey

Project Coordinator

Andrew Alvey serves as a Project Coordinator with W.R. Newman & Associates. He graduated in 2020 from Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management.

Andrew started with the company in March of 2023. He assists Project Manager’s in solicitating bids, job site visits, estimating projects, preparing contracts, managing sub-contractors, coordinating utility companies, and creating budget numbers for new clients. He is now beginning to take over his own projects in the process.

Prior to joining the team, Andrew worked in residential construction, building homes on the northern side of Nashville, Tennessee. While still in school, Andrew focused on working in many different trades from commercial concrete, to framing custom homes, and many things in-between.

In free time, Andrew greatly enjoys being within the outdoors, hunting and fishing. When not afield or on the lake, Andrew is most likely watching sports or spending time with family & friends.
